#1 Hotspot Mapping
The middle school Shifting Boundaries prevention program includes a component where students mark areas of their school environment as safe or unsafe. These visuals are a representation of data from one such program implementation to help the school administration see what the students are saying about safe and unsafe areas so they can implement changes to promote safety.

#2 Stakeholder Report
For the DELTA program, one of the prevention programs being implemented is Shifting Boundaries. This Stakeholder Report provides information on progress on each of the evaluation outcomes as the project proceeds.

#3 Post Survey
This post survey gives students who have completed the prevention program the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs related to the program material so that their responses can be compared to their “pre” or before the program responses to show change occurring over the course of the program. This post survey in particular includes the use of emojis to help the students identify their ideal response in a way that connects to how they communicate.

#4 Statewide Needs Assessment
NCCADV conducted a statewide needs assessment with their members and other community stakeholders. The results of this needs assessments were compiled into a lengthy report. This sample shows a few of the findings demonstrated in that report and how they were represented.
